CITY OF BLACKWELL, OKLAHOMA

The Parks and Recreation Department oversees the parks, swimming pools and little league/youth sports.  Currently offered for the youth of Blackwell are 5 sports:  baseball, softball, football, soccer and basketball.  There are eight parks that the City maintains.  The city pool is also available for recreation to citizens of all ages. 

Tobie Wright, Recreation Director
Tobie Wright is the Director of Parks and Recreation.  Tobie has been employed in this capacity for 7 years.  She supervises numerous employees on a seasonal basis.
