CITY OF BLACKWELL, OKLAHOMA

The Utility Department serves the citizens of Blackwell with water, electric and sewer service. The utility department is responsible for maintaining all utility meter readings and billing customers for the usage of said utilities. The department provides easy bill payment at the cashier window located on the first floor of City Hall and an easy access drop box located in the alley at the back of the building.  The utility department is responsive and dedicated to meeting customer expectations for quality, safety, reliability and environmental responsibility.
