Regular City Council meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of each month at Blackwell City Hall. Meetings start at 6:00 pm. All City Council meetings are open to the public. Council Chambers are located on the first floor of City Hall, 224 W Blackwell.
If a report is not accessible on this site, it is available in the Office of the City Clerk located at City Hall.
